Paper Abstract:
|
A Policy-based management architecture is proposed for QoS (Quality of Service) control of the multimedia content distribution in an overlay network. The Architecture uses QoS requirements provided by network distribution and compares them with the application profile previously mapped in the policy rules. Therefore, it is possible to perform the control and management of the system elements and services, in order to define the most satisfactory routing for system users. |
